Latest Marvel franchise surpasses 50 crore mark

This past weekend we had the release of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever sequel had a solid domestic box office debut and collects huge numbers nearly $181 million. However, this Marvel movie failed to beat the $202 million debut of the first movie in February 2018.

Black Panther Wakanda Forever is a smash hit globally. The film surpassed the 50-crore mark in India alone shows the love for Marvel movies.

This movie from Marvel franchise is a sequel for Black Panther which released in 2018. The second installment has turned out to be one of the biggest hits this year interms of commercial success too.

The superhero movie is directed by Ryan Coogler, is still minting money in India. The sequel was released on November 11,2022 is still going strong after stunning opening weekend, the film crossed the 50-crore mark in India.

In fact, according to the same report by India Today, the film has left some of the Bollywood releases behind in terms of numbers. Though Bollywood has Amitabh’s Unchaai, the Marvel film manages to surpasses all its contenders irrespective of region.

Black Panther Wakanda Forever is made by Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), collects a wopping 15.05 crore Indian rupees on Day 1, and for the movie it is a cake walk to surpass the 50 crore mark in India.
