Kriti Sanon’s sister reacts to the tag ‘flop sisters’

Everyone knows who Kriti Sanon is. But, not as many know she has a sister she’s extremely close with – Nupur Sanon. Unlike Kriti Sanon who’s a popular sensation in B-Town as of today, Nupur is widely loved and remembered for her singing. Her song Bekarar Karke in 2015. Her song was released on YouTube and received a lot of attention from fans. Following that, she contributed her sweet voice to several popular Bollywood songs, including Teri Galiyan (Ek Villain), Channa Mereya (Ae Dil Hai Mushkil), and Hawayein (Jab Harry Met Sejal). If you still don’t recollect her face, she was in the world-famous song Dilhall by B Praak featuring Akshay Kumar.

But, Nupur doesn’t want to limit her skills to singing alone. She’s ready to make her Bollywood debut. Nupur, who will be seen in her first Bollywood debut ‘Noorani Chehra’ alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui, has wrapped the shooting schedule. Yesterday, her sister Kriti Sanon, on her 33rd birthday announced her brand Hyphen that became viral instantly.

Nupur wished her sister with a huge caption saying, “took to her account and wrote to Kriti, “Happy birthday Kritsu! @kritisanon. So you deserve 2 posts this birthday instead of 1 ‘cause it’s Hyphen’s birthday too! So so proud of you! Still feels like yesterday when I used to come into your room and get shocked seeing you sit between boxes and boxes of skin products! Only to keep trying and to keep understanding skin and every ingredient better. And then I saw you dreaming to start something… you knew you were ready to do that. Then began the journey of @letshyphen and I can’t believe it’s already here! I have been obsessed with the products for the past 3 months! I remember coming to you with empty samples and telling you – ‘aur dede…khatam ho gaya (give me more)’ and you used to gleam with happiness! It’s only the beginning… just Hyphen it!”

On there, someone commented negatively about Kriti Sanon. We all know how protective the Sanon sisters are towards each other on various instances. Here too, Nupur chose not to avoid the comment. While many extended best wishes to the actor, one Instagram user commented, “Flop sisters.” In reply, Nupur wrote back, “And still you’re following us.” Her reply has made it to Reddit.
