Kim Kardashian’s daughter North West saved the reality star from a wardrobe disaster at the 2023 Met Gala. While on her way to the prestigious event, the bottom part of her handmade Schiaparelli gown, which featured 50,000 freshwater pearls, shattered, causing countless pearls to fall off. Fortunately, Kardashian’s 9-year-old daughter was on hand to assist.
Kardashian admitted to Vogue on the Met Gala red carpet that “some popped on the way, and I told my daughter to grab them all.” They’re genuine pearls that she was putting in her purse.”
North and Kardashian had a mother-daughter date night at The Daily Front Row’s 7th Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards last month.
North accompanied Kim K to the event, which honoured Kardashian’s friend and hairstylist Chris Appleton with the hair artist of the year award. Kim and North walked the red carpet alongside Appleton, 39, at the event, with the stunning mom wearing a grey bandeau top, matching skirt and silver metallic accessories. North, on the other hand, wore an all-black suit with massive Dolce and Gabanna boots.
