Keeravani’s sleepless nights for Lawrence

The horror genre was not encouraged to make films. This has changed after the arrival of Chandramukhi, starring superstars Rajnikanth, Nayanatara, and Jyothika. Many movies were coming up in the horror genre. Chandramukhi scared everyone in the theatres. The graphics and marvellous acting by Jyothika were considered plus points for this film. Chandramukhi was dubbed into South Indian languages. Taking this movie as inspiration, Kodi Ramakrishna made the complete Telugu horror film Arundhati. This film marked the sizzling beauty Anushka Shetty as a lady superstar. In recent times, Raghava Lawrance has made horror films. He has been doing sequels in this genre continuously. Now he’s on to his next, which is Chandramukhi 2.

Starring Kangana Ranaut, Raghava Lawrence, and Superstar Rajinikanth, this movie has huge graphics and VFX. Directed by P. Vasu again, this movie is produced by Lyca Productions with considerable funding. MM. Keeravani has composed music for this masterful piece. Recently, the Oscar-winning music composer tweeted that he has slept less to make this film even more beautiful.

He said that it took me two months of sleepless days and nights to add life to the mind-blowing scenes with my efforts,” tweeted Keeravani. He then sought the best wishes of his friends and family, including Kannada composer Gurukiran and noted Tamil composer Vidyasagar. It is well known that Gurukiran composed the soundtrack for the Kannada version of Chandramukhi, Apthamithra, while Vidyasagar scored the soundtrack for the Tamil version of Chandramukhi. Fans eagerly await this film in theatres, which hits on September 19, 2023.
