Bankrolled by KVN Productions and directed by Geetu Mohandas, it marks the reunion of the actor and director Yash and Geetu Mohandas.

Kareena is also the producer of the film. Kareena’s fourth film with Rohit Shetty stars Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor, Ajay Devgan, Ranvir Singh, Tiger Shroff, and Akshay Kumar in the lead roles.
