They bagged the hat-trick hits with Yash’s KGF-1 and KGF-2, directed by Prashant Neel, and Rishabh Shetty’s Kantara, which he directed himself.
These three international blockbusters have vaulted Kannda Film Industry to the top of Indian cinema this year. Vijay Kirangadur, the Chairman of Hombale Films, has clearly opened up about their next three plans. Kantara’s sequel has recently been announced! Yes, you heard it right! Despite a production budget of 16 crores, the film became Karnataka’s all-time commercial blockbuster.
Kantara Rishab Shetty, the director, and actor, is also working on the sequel. This will just intrigue the audience and fans of Kantara once it’s announced officially. The Hombale Films were also very excited and interested in supporting the sequel, and the production house had several major films in the works.
