Tanu Weds Manu and its sequel Tanu Weds Manu Returns are popular films starring Kangana Ranaut and R. Madhavan in the lead roles. The franchise was directed by Aanand L. Rai. The film got positive reviews from the audience and it got huge collections at the box office.
As the sequel film Tanu Weds Manu Returns completed eight years, actress Kangana Ranaut took to social media and requested the director to make the third part of the film. She wrote, “As TWMR completes 8 years on public demand I request @aanandlrai ji to make part 3… kya bolte ho doston.” She also shared a throwback picture of hers with the director from the sets of the film.
The lead actors have got huge love from the audience because of their chemistry in the film. Madhavan while speaking about the film in an interview told that he spoke to the director about the third part of the film and that he didn’t start working on it yet.
