Sometimes she supports riots, sometimes she supports government policies, sometimes she changes sides if the cliff is too deep, but she’s never supportive of her own opinions, say the netizens.
This ‘fickle minded’ woman – as trollers like to call her – is now arguing about Rahul Gandhi’s video that has gone viral about idol worship. In the video, Rahul Gandhi is comparing MPs of various political parties as powerless as idols sitting in the temples, who aren’t given any chance of taking a decision. Ignoring everything he said, the internet is pointing out how he doesn’t leave a single opportunity to insult Sanatan Dharma and Kangana joined the diss.
She said, “The idols in temples are useless, they’re lifeless and meaningless, and this guy wants to become our President, does he know that Pranpratishta is done for the idols in temples? There’s faith and worship in it, the things that doctors and scientists can’t do, consecrated spaces and rocks can do, what are their manners and their upbringing I don’t understand,” replies the Tanu Weds Manu actress.
For the unversed, Prana Pratishtha is the rite or ceremony by which a murti (vessel for the spirit of god) is consecrated in a Hindu temple, wherein hymns and mantra are recited to invite the deity to be resident guest, and the murti’s eye is opened for the first time.
