Bollywood controversial actress Kangana Ranaut compared herself to the late singer Lata Mangeshkar. The actress claimed that she too had declined to perform at weddings and other formal gatherings.
Paying tribute to the great singer, late singer Latha Mangeshkar, Kangara posted a video of Asha Bhonsle talking about her late sister’s good reputation as an artist while appearing on the television show DID Li’l Masters 5. And she also stated that Latha Mangeshkar had declined a 1$ Millon dollar offer to perform at a formal gathering.
Taking this to her, Kangana similarly compares her to Latha Mangeshkar, who is also the same and she doesn’t want to dance at any gathering even though they offered a lot of money.
She continued this and said, I have so many popular songs although I will not entertain such types of activities. And I am glad to come over to this Latha ji video. It is so inspiring.
For unversed, the renowned vocalist Lata, often known as the Nightingale of India, passed away on February 6, 2022, at the age of 92.
On the professional front, Kangana Ranaut is currently working on Emergency, where she is portraying the role of Indira Gandhi. Interestingly, she is both directing and acting in the film. Recently, the actress was roped into the sequel to Rajini’s Chandramukhi.
