Kai has taken over the Korean headlines for the past few days and by now, we have the reason memorized. He officially left for the military training center as a social worker on May 11th after which we also saw a heartfelt EXO group photo and Kai with his new military haircut.

That was a brief summary of the past few headlines. But, it is impossible for Kai’s fans and admirers to remain away from their beloved South Korean artists without any updates. As we all know, military means minimal contact, through internet mail and letters. Kai’s fans did not hesitate to use every means of communication to convey their undying love towards him.
Consequently, Kai’s agency had to prohibit fans from the same. His agency sent out a letter mentioning that due to the heavy incoming mail, they may get lost. They requested the fans to leave their mail at KAI bubble message or the EXO-L community within the Kwangya Club until Kai’s training period. Later, all their messages will be forwarded to Kai and he can respond to them thoroughly.
For the unversed, Kai is the seventh member of a South Korean boy band named EXO with a total of 9 boys. Apart from singing, he is also a professional Korean actor who has appeared in many K-dramas including Spring Has Come. His growth story was also featured in The Performers – a project by Gucci in 2019.
