At the 2023 Video Music Awards (VMAs), Jungkook, the newest member of BTS, took up the Song Of The Summer trophy on Wednesday. The BTS member was given the honour for his most recent single, Seven (feat. Latto). With this victory, Jungkook became the first male K-Pop solo artist to take home a VMA honour.
In addition to Jungkook and Latto, actor Han So-hee appeared in the Seven music video. BTS ARMY congratulated Jungkook and expressed their joy on X, formerly known as Twitter. “Oh my god, Jungkook!!!” cried a fan. What do you want from us, please? “Jungkook, congratulations! I’m really delighted for you. As always, you did us proud; read a tweet. On X, someone posted, “This is really awesome. You’re on the rise! It feels wonderful. The message “Wooohoo! Jungkook, you deserve it very much. Keep flying high.
Jungkook defeated Big celebrities to earn the prize. Beyonce (Cuff It), Billie Eilish (What Was I Made For from Barbie), Doechii ft. Kodak Black (What It Is-Block Boy), Dua Lipa (Dance the Night from Barbie), FIFTY FIFTY (Cupid), Gunna (Fukumean), Nicki Minaj, and Ice Spice (Barbie World with Aqua from Barbie) are among the artists nominated in this category.
