Bollywood actress Ameesha Patel also acted in Telugu movies with Superstar Mahesh Babu in Nani and with Power Star Pawan Kalyan in Badri. A civil court in Ranchi has issued a warrant against this Bollywood actress Ameesha Patel in a cheque bounce case. The complainant had filed a case of cheating, intimidation and cheque bounce against the actress and her business partner Krunal.
Ajay Kumar Singh, a filmmaker from Jharkhand had filed a case of cheating, intimidation and cheque bounce against Ameesha Patel and her partner. Ajay Kumar Singh said that the actress and her business partner had taken Rs 2.5 crore from him for the production and promotion of a film named Desi Magic. After the producer demanded money, the actress gave him two checks of Rs 2.5 crore and Rs 50 lakh in October 2018, which bounced. On which the court had earlier issued summons to the actress.
On the other hand, a warrant has been issued against Ameesha Patel and her partner Krunal for not appearing in court. Despite the summons, the actress did not present her side before the court. During this, her lawyer also did not appear in court. The next hearing on the matter has been fixed on April 15.
