Age is really only a number to Pooja. The most recent trailer for actor Ayushmann Khurrana’s upcoming movie Dream Girl 2 raises the stakes by starring seasoned performer Jeetendra.
Ekta Kapoor, the producer father of Dream Girl 2, issued the advertisement announcing the movie’s advance reservations. The movie is a follow-up to Ayushmann Khurrana’s wildly successful 2019 film Dream Girl, in which his character made money by speaking to guys on the phone in a woman’s voice. Ayushmaan will be seen increasing the stakes in the most recent episode by dressing as a lady.
Jeetendra can be seen calling Ayushmann’s Pooja in the video. The actor says, “Paya lagu uncle,” but Jeetedra corrects Pooja and says, “Uncle nahi! Call me Jeetu, or you can call me Jeets as well,” blushes Jeetendra.
Pooja adds, “Aapka naam lene mein darr lagta hai,” giving the veteran actor the chance to start the joke, “Darr ke aage jeet hai, aur jeet ke aagey Jeetendra.” “Pooja ka mahurat toh 25 ka hai, lekin bookings toh ab bhi ho sakti haina!” Ekta commented alongside the video when she posted it to Instagram.
Ananya Panday, Asrani, Paresh Rawal, Abhishek Banerjee, Rajpal Yadav, Manjot Singh, and Vijay Raaz all appear in the Raaj Shaandilyaa-directed Dream Girl 2. The movie opens in theatres on August 25 and marks Ayushmann Khurrana’s first cinematic release of the year.
