Atlee Kumar, the master director behind the epic creation of Jawan took to his Instagram today to announce Jawan’s another ‘Number 1’ title. He announced Jawan to earn the highest number of remuneration in a single day, and that’s never happened before! The movie pocketed Rs. 68.72 crores in Hindi and Rs. 144.22 crores in all languages. Earlier, Jawan became the first Bollywood movie to run midnight 5am shows. After that, it became the first highest opening day collection movie in Bollywood with Rs. 130 crores.
The reviews are insanely positive. SRK’s movies never disappoint, and the monstrous blend of SRK’s perpetual charm and Atlee’s South Indian hero touch to this movie is launching rockets into the sky. Fans are expecting more Bollywood movies from Atlee as soon as possible.
Featuring Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, Deepika Padukone, Sanya Malhotra, Vijay Sethupathi, and others, Jawan is about a man is driven by a personal vendetta to rectify the wrongs in society, while keeping a promise made years ago. He comes up against a monstrous outlaw with no fear, who has caused extreme suffering to many.
The movie is currently at the 4th day of its total lifespan at the box office.
