Ever since the fabulous success of S.S.Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali’ franchise, many filmmakers seem to cash on the success of one film with its sequel. Hence, directors are opting to release their movies in multiple parts which are huge expectations. While a few films are already following the trend, Prasanth Neel’s Salaar starring Prabhas is too scheduled for the KGF and ‘Baahubali’ way!
After Prabhas’ ‘Baahubali’, Prasanth Neel’s ‘KGF’ followed the same trend, and later Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa’ continued it by making it into two parts. Till yesterday, there are speculations that Prabhas’s film Salaar was reportedly all set to release in two parts ‘Salaar – 1’ and ‘Salaar -2’. Now, it has been official that the movie is following the same trend. The action thriller that was slated for the 14th of April 2022 is said to start the second part of shooting post the release of the first part.
However, Director Prashanth Neel after Salaar may move to the NTR project but would simultaneously shoot Prabhas Salaar 2 as well. Also, Prabhas along with Salaar 2 is said to finish Project K. Meanwhile, Prashanth Neel also has to Direct KGF Chapter 3. However, it may take a long time than expected and would surely be only after Salaar 2.
