Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth and Nelson’s highly anticipated film Jailer finally completed their shoot in a full-fledged manner. Jailer marks the 169th film in Rajini’s career. Anirudh Ravichander was roped to score musicals. As of now, Anirudh is leading the South Indian films as his lineup is very huge and consists of many biggie movies. Billed as an action drama, the film will definitely be a mass feast mainly for Rajini fans. And even on Rajini, there is a little amount of pressure, as his recent films are not performed well at theatres.
For this movie, many noted actors from other film industries shared the screen and the director planned for a big thing to showcase a new genre style of Rajini. The interesting thing is Rajinikanth and Ramya Krishna are teaming up after 23 years. Sun Pictures is backing this film. The film “Annathe” starring Rajini backed by Sun Pictures was released on Nov 4, 2021, on the occasion of Diwali. To continue this trend, Makers and the Production house planned to release this Jailer for Independence Day this year. So the film Jailer is releasing on August 10, 2023. Hope Rajini book pretty and well decent numbers at the box office this time with Jailer in Independence Week.
