“It is the easiest task for an outsider to put the blame of non-performance,” says Big B about the audience

The Bachchan King of Bollywood was originally born Amitabh Shrivastav all the way back in 1942. For 5 decades, he has showered the cinema industry with so much talent that he’s known by more than one title. Shahenshaah of Bollywood, Sadi Ke Mahanayak (The greatest actor of the century), Star of the Millenium, and the Big B. He has worked in more than 200 films and is so much more than just an actor. He’s a film producer, television host, occasional playback singer, and a former politician.

After having such a wide horizon of knowledge and experience, he’s the best person to know from, the untold struggles of an actor. In his most recent blog, he put forth his views regarding the blame the audience puts on performers. In simple words, he says that it takes a million steps to become a movie character because it is completely different from their original personality.

However, people ignore the efforts and very conveniently blame the performers if it’s not up to the mark. He mentions, ” It is seldom understood what the ‘creatives’ go through in their quest to perform the creative.”

The outside world lives on assumption and the actors inside the film world live in fear of rejection, humiliation, and downfall.

On the work front, Big B is preparing for his upcoming film Project K with famous actors like Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani, set to release on January 12th, 2024.
