Ravi Teja is currently working on an action thriller titled ”Eagle” which is directed by young cinematographer turned-director Karthik Ghattamanenei. Karthik made his directorial debut with Surya vs Surya which was a hit and critically acclaimed. He was the cinematographer for Ravi Teja’s Disco Raja and Damaka.
It is said that the crucial first schedule was wrapped up in Poland earlier this year and the second schedule will commence in June after Ravi Teja wraps up Tiger Nageshwara Rao. Anupama Parameshawaran who is sweeping all the love and appreciation after the release of ”Karthikeya 2”, 18 Pages, and” Butterfly” is playing the female lead role. Ravi Teja, who was last seen in Sudheer Varma’s Ravanasura which was a flop and received mixed response from the audience. There is a talk that Eagle is said to be released on Sankranthi 2024 but there is no official confirmation from the team.
There is a rumour that Egale is a rip-off of John Wick, but the team denied it. The film will be made in both Telugu and Tamil and will be released in other languages.
