Popular Tollywood producer Allu Aravind started his own OTT platform, ‘Aha’. Over time, Aha has now emerged as one of the leading Telugu OTT platforms. After seeing the success of Allu Aravind, a couple of producers also wanted to get into the OTT world.
Digging deep into the details, after Allu Arvind created Aha by teaming up with My Home Group, Telugu producers like Dil Raju and Suresh Babu also planned to create their own OTT app with good content.
However, the plan is dropped now as the duo is busy with film production again. Both Dil Raju and Suresh Babu are now focused on coming up with gripping theatrical content because of which the idea to set up OTT platforms seems to have taken a back seat.
It seems like Dil Raju and Suresh Babu felt that delivering good movies or web series every week like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc is not an easy task and dropped their plans.
