After so many years in Bollywood, although Big B Amitabh Bachchan‘s frequency of appearing has lessened, it hasn’t ceased. At the age of 80, he’s still standing tall on his feet, sweating in the sun to provide us with blockbuster movies till his last breath. Bachchan is the kind of person to keep working until he’s finally bedridden. That’s the level of dedication he has inspired artists and his fans with.
He’s coming with a science fiction movie Project K, directed by Nag Ashwin, simultaneously created in both Hindi and Telugu. The recent trend of fusion between the Hindi and South Indian industry is beautiful to witness, and for Big B to become one of them is sprinkles on the cake, butter on Aloo Parantha. The movie, notably, is not yesteryear’s discussion. It was announced on the 50th anniversary of the production company before COVID hit and broke cinema for a good 2 years. With all other projects resuming too, Project K is also back in action.
It is Amitabh Bachchan’s Sunday rule to appear outside his house Jalsa to meet fans weekly. This Sunday, he was seen promotion his movie Project K with a hoodie that had the movie’s name printed all over it. Apart from looking stylish, it gives rise to Project K merchandise and also promotion.
He posted a video about the same with the caption, “Eternal love for them that come .. they be the cause for my become.. The hands that meet in symbolic union .. my gratitude for one, and the honour and grace of the other”
The movie’s groundwork has commenced and it’ll soon land in theatres on January 14, 2024, hopefully without any further delays.
