Fame is a tricky option in the film industry even though few actors survive in the industry for a long period of time the recognition of such is still a challenge. Just a single movie or single character or single dialogue can give enough hype for an actor to spread their name all over the industry.
A similar situation has happened to the Malayalam beauty Honey Rose. This hot beauty recently played a pivotal role in Nandamuri Balayya starrer Veera Simha Reddy. In the first part of this film Honey Rose played an old lady, but she stole the hearts of boys in the second half. In fact, she caught everyone’s eye during the pre-release event and in the Ma Bava Manobhavalu song before the release of the movie.
After the release of the movie.. the youth are fed up with her beauty. There is no doubt in saying that Honey Rose gained more recognition and craze than heroine Shruti Haasan and Varalakshmi Sarath Kumar in Veera Simha Reddy. But this is not her first Telugu film, in 2008 and 2014, she appeared in Telugu films like Aalayam and Ee Varsham Sakshiga. But, back then she didn’t get any recognition.
The latest buzz is that after witnessing this immense craze for her in Telugu cinema, Honey Rose is planning to focus on Telugu cinemas rather than Malayalam cinemas. If she does so, she can greatly benefit as in recent times it is hard for directors to pair up senior heroes with heroines. So if Honey Rose tries to utilize her craze properly she can get better offers in the future.
In the upcoming project of Balakrishna’s NBK 108 directed by Anil Ravipudi, there is buzz that the team is considering Honey Rose as heroine.
