Celebrities’ talk shows are ruling small screens; the latest show, “Nijam with Smit,” is no exception. After Chiranjeevi’s episode, Rana Daggubati and Nani are set to appear on the show and, in the upcoming episode, have voiced their opinion on Nepotism.
While Rana hails from one of the top film families in the Telugu film industry, Nani came in as an outsider and came up with his effort. Both actors expressed their views on Nepotism.
On the other hand, Rana Daggubati said, “If you can’t carry on your parents’ achievements and legacy, then you’re doing a disservice to your family.” The actor said that he believes the legacy of a star is important, and if star children come into the film industry, they have to make sure they live up to the legacy and take it forward in life.
On the other hand, Nani compared himself to megastar Chiranjeevi’s son Ram Charan on the show Smita. He stated, “One lakh people will watch Nani’s first film, while one crore people will watch Charan’s first film.” Nani also said the audience was responsible for encouraging Nepotism because they wanted to see their idol’s sons and daughters on the big screen.
This episode airs on Sony LIV on February 24. On the work front, Nani is set to hit the screens with his upcoming film Dasara.
