Written and directed by Rishab Shetty, the latest sensational hit Kantara stars him as a hero as well. While speculations are rife that Kantara 2 is officially on, the actor added fire to rumours by recently visiting Mangaluru to attend a Bhootha Kola along with his family.
This has again raised many doubts among fans and they are hoping that this is the start of Kantara 2. So, social media is filled with a question: is Rishab Shetty getting ready to make a sequel for his blockbuster Kantara?
Even Daiva Narthaka Umesh Gandhakadu said that Rishab visited to pray and seek blessings from God and to seek permission for making Kantara 2.
However, in responding to this, Rishab said that he only visited Kola to fulfil a vow made to the god already. He said that he isn’t working on Kantara 2 any soon and there would be an official announcement if there is something like that.
