Senior actor Kota Srinivasa Rao who has been away from films recently made it into the news by making some sensational comments about filmmakers and star heroes. The actor made shocking comments on the star hero’s remunerations as well as brand endorsements. Kota Srinivasa Rao got felicitated recently and the actor while interacting with the media said, “Nowadays, there is no cinema. It is all circus now. There are dances for sad songs as well”.
On the other hand, Kota heaped praises on Sr. NTR and said that he is a legend and there will be no other person like him unless he is reborn again. “NTR, ANR, Krishna, or Sobhan Babu never used to talk about their remuneration. But today, all the heroes are demanding about 2 Cr or 6 Cr per day. This is not the right way” said Kota which is an indirect satire on Pawan Kalyan. Talking about the brands casting star heroes for endorsements, “From bathroom cleaning brushes to gold, star heroes are everywhere in the ads. Can a normal actor even survive if everyone wants a star hero for their product promotions?” Asked Kota Srinivas Rao.
