Neeraja Kona
Neeraja Kona began her career assisting styling for JR NTR and Kajal Agarwal for Badsha. She was a personal stylist for Nithin and Samatha Ruth Parabhu for a long time. Neeraja is making her directorial debut in Hollywood.
Neeraja has worked as a costume designer with Thrivikram Srinivas in Attarintiki Daredhi, Harish Shankari in Ramayya Vasthavayya, Vamshi Paidipally, Puri Jagaanadh and V.V.Vinayak. She was also a lyric writer for a few songs in the film like Tikka, Chal Mohan Ranga and Miss India.
Finally, after a long time, a female director is debuting in Tollywood that will feature the happening hero Siddu Jonnalagada and National Crush of India Rahmika Mandanna is playing the lead. Music will be composed by the trending S.S.Tamman.Tollywood is in desperate need of young, unique, more diversified talent. Male-dominated lacks female-centric films for decades and Neeraj’s debut gave hope to aspiring female filmmakers.
Most of the technical team won national awards, including PC Sreeram as Director of photography, Sreekar Prasad as editor, Sharmista Roy as Art Director and Brinda Master as Choreographer. Her directorial debuts get more significant with the addition of unpredicted pair Siddu Jonnalagada and Rahmika Mandanna.
