Here is Shankar’s big update on Indian 2

Kamal Haasan and director Shankar joined forces for ‘Indian 2’, the sequel to their previous union ‘Indian’, which was released in 1996. But the film has been in production for a long time, and the team is heading across places for the film shoot.

A new schedule of Indian 2 began in Taipai a few days back. The international schedule began recently with lead stars Kamal Haasan and Shankar. Even, Vikram actor Kalidas Jayaram has also joined Indian 2 at Taipai and shared a photo with Shankar

Now, on Friday, April 7, the filmmaker Shankar shared a photo from Taipei and announced that the film’s latest schedule has been wrapped up.

He wrote on Twitter: “Bye Bye Taipei #indian2 P.C @dop_ravivarman”.

Directed by Shankar, Indian 2 is a sequel to Indian, which was released in 1996. The film also stars Kajal Aggarwal, Siddharth, Priya Bhavani Shankar and Nedumudi Venu, among others. Indian 2 composer Anirudh Ravichander is working on the film songs as the first single track has been planned to be released soon.
