Rebel Star Prabhas can be said as the only actor who is present doing almost three big-budget Pan-India movies back-to-back. Also, fans of this actor are in a good time as the shooting of one of his Pan-Indian films ‘Project K’ moves at a fast clip.
Helmed by Mahanati director Nag Ashwin, the film shooting is currently taking place in Hyderabad.
The film that is high on VFX and other visual communication elements is now in the news as the makers have reportedly decided to release the film either on any of the two dates.
Getting in the news, Ashwini Dutt, the film’s producer in a recent interview said that Project K shooting will be wrapped by the end of January 2023. He added that VFX works and the post-production works may further take another seven to eight months.
Later, confirming release dates, Dutt announced that they are planning to release the film either on October 18, 2023, a week before Prabhas’ birthday or in January 2024, if they are not able to stick to the first date.
Sharing about Prabhas role, Ashwini Dutt said that Prabhas will be seen in a superhero kind of role in the film, while the Big B Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in a never-before role.
Meanwhile, Project K, which is reportedly mounted on a budget of Rs 500 crore, is being simultaneously shot in Hindi and Telugu. Also this film marks Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone’s debut in Telugu cinema. The technical crew of Project K comprises Dani Sanchez-Lopez for cinematography, Nick Powell for stunts and Mickey J. Meyer for music.
