The gorgeous actress Shruti Haasan turned a year old today. In a recent interview, the actress revealed that she doesn’t like comparing herself to her peers in the industry. The actress is embracing the success of her recent action blockbuster, Salaar: Cease Fire, and is all set to make her mark in 2024 with her versatile movie lineup.
1. Dacoit – Tollywood
The Dacoit teaser was released in December, and Shruti Haasan received praise for her performance. The actress is filming; Shaneil Deo directs Dacoit, while Sesh and Deo have co-written its screenplay and story.
2. Chennai story
It was reported that Shruti Haasan replaced Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the BAFTA-winning director Philip John’s Chennai Story as a bisexual detective opposite Viveik Kalra, based on the novel The Arrangements of Love. The film will be shot in India and Wales.
3. Salaar: part 2: Shouryaanga Parvam
Starring Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran, Salaar: Part 2 is expected to go on floors this year after both actors complete their current commitments. Although a release date has yet to be set for the second installment, the film might be released by the end of 2025.
