HanuMan worldwide box office collection day 16 updates: superhero film mints Rs 250 crore!

The Tollywood superhero film HanuMan is unstoppable even after two weeks. The film managed to rake in ₹8.35 crore net. The film has managed to collect Rs 250 crore with Rs 189 crore gross collection in India and Rs 51 crore in overseas markets.

This Tollywood film collected ₹58.9 crore net during its second week in theatres after garnering ₹99.85 crore net in week 1. The film saw an overall 67.39 percent Telugu occupancy and 39.01 percent Hindi occupancy on Friday. Even with the release of Hrithik Roshan’s Fighter on January 25, HanuMan managed to earn Rs 6.25 crore on Saturday.

Hanuman performed well on its first day at the Box Office — better than Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi starrer Merry Christmas by minting ₹11.91 crore net in India on its release day. Film trade analyst Sumit Kadel described the film as a “REMARKABLE BLEND of Devotion, Humor, emotions & action” that entertains throughout the run time.

The superhero action film has grossed over ₹250 crore (US$31 million) worldwide within 15 days of its release. A sequel is in development.
