HanuMan is one of the most talked about films in town. Prasanth Varm’s directorial Teja Sajja, with Amritha Aiyer in the lead roles, was released on January 12 for Sankranti. The film opened to a blockbuster response, which was reflected in the theatrical box office collection.
HanuMan which collected around Rs 8 crore on day 1 saw a drastic growth on its second day collecting over Rs 12 crore at the second day box office collection. After the mixed talk from Guntur Kaaram, the film is doing wonders with another jump in collections.
On the 3rd day, the film collected Rs 15.50 crore at the box office. This totalled around 40 crore by the end of the third day. However, the worldwide film collected over Rs 50 crore mark. By the end of Sunday, Teja Sajja’s HanuMan saw an overall 83.69% Telugu occupancy.
HanuMan is roaring at the box office due to positive word of mouth. Fans also reviewed the film as an entertaining and visually stunning lesson on using mythology in cinema.
