Gopi: I was supposed to direct Bheemla Nayak..

Tollywood young talented director Gopichand Malineni is now basking in success for his directorial Veerasimha Reddy. Balakrishna starrer Veerasimha Reddy was released on January 12 for Sankranthi and become a huge blockbuster.

The director Gopichand Malineni shared his experiences in the industry giving an interview, in the middle he said that Pawan Kalyan‘s Bheemla Nayak was supposed to be directed by him. He said, he was asked to direct the film but later on it did not happen.

But he never left there, Gopichand Malineni wants to do a film with Power Star Pawan Kalyan and he had a storyline according to that. He also shared that he is a big fan of Power Star. During the time of the Pandemic, he wrote two storylines each one for Balakrishna and Pawan Kalyan.

He also did scripting work for Balupu where he and director Bobby worked together on scripts with Kona Venkat. Both Gopichand and Bobby clashed for this Sankranthi with 2 biggies is not a small thing.

Both the young directors proved their work with these huge blockbusters. Chiru’s Waltair Veerayya by Bobby and Balayya’s Veerasimha Reddy by Gopichand Malineni was backed by Mythri Movie Makers banner.
