Ghoomer is making news since yesterday when it released its theatrical release date. Abhishek Bachchan and Saiyami Kher starring Ghoomer is directed by R Balki. The makers have dropped the motion poster of the film with the theatrical release date.
In the Motion Poster, One can see Saiyami as a paraplegic sportsperson and Abhishek Bachchan as her coach guiding her through excellence. The actress taking to Instagram expressed gratitude for doing this film with one of her favorite and kind actors Abhishek Bachchan and director R Balki.
The actress also stated how the movie is based on true events and an author-backed role about someone who fights all odds. The actress who is a cricket lover and plays cricket often was happy to portray a paraplegic cricketer.
Ace bowler and left-arm spinner Murali Karthik has trained the actress for the film. The actress stated how beautiful bowling gets while training under Murali Karthik and how she became a left-arm spinner now with good spin and bounce.
Ghoomer is an inspiring tale of a female paraplegic sportsperson portrayed by Saiyami under the guidance of excelling coach portrayed by Abhishek Bachchan. R Balki’s directorial this movie also stars Shabana Azmi and Angad Bedi in lead roles. The film is slated to release in theatres on August 18.
