Gadar 2 is releasing in August this year but it’s craze has started way before the trailer. Gadar back in the days was a big hit because of its main theme of promoting harmony and unity. A few weeks before the release of the sequel in theatres, actors Sunny Deol and Utkarsh Sharma and director Anil Sharma will be in attendance at the launch in Mumbai on Wednesday.
However, there’s news that Ameesha Patel, the lead actress playing Sakina again, is not going to be present at the trailer. Sources are saying she’s keeping her identity hermit because she wants to avoid controversy about the comments she made on Simrat Kaur.
Sunny Deol, Ajay Singh Deol on documents, has worked in more than 100 Hindi films and earned the image of an angry action hero. Gadar: Ek Prem Katha was a huge box office success, grossing over Rs 100 crore. Gadar 2 is directed by Anil Sharma. It is set to release on August 11, 2023. The film will clash with OMG 2 which is directed by Umesh Shukla and stars Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi, Yami Gautam, and Arun Govil.
