Ashok Selvan who was last seen in ‘Modern Love Chennai’ is getting good appreciation for the role he played. The series is also gaining positive responses from the audience. Ashok is now going to appear in the film ‘Blue Star’ directed by S Jayakumar and produced by Pa Ranjith under his Neelam Productions Banner.
The film also stars Shanthnu in the lead role. Shanthnu will also be seen in SSMB28. Blue Star is said to be a sports drama that revolves around cricket. A press statement sent earlier stated that the film will celebrate friendship and the emotional bond one has towards the game of cricket.
The film team has released the first look poster of the movie in which Ashok Selvan is seen holding a stamp, and ten other men standing behind him. The music for the film is given by Govind Vasanthe. The film will be released this year, the date of which is yet to be announced.
