Recently, it was reported that a remake of Pasoori by Pakistani singers Ali Sethi and Shae Gill’s hit song for Satya Prem Ki Katha will be featuring Kiara Advani and Karthik Aryan and now the teaser is already out.
But fans have mixed reactions for the remake, some sections of the audience praised Arijit Singh while others slammed the makers. Praising the remake one user wrote “Wow Arijit singing Pasoori” while another wrote, “I knewwww it. Only Arijit can do #pasoori!!! Waiting to click and thump this one bhaiii.”
But this didn’t go well with the other section of the audience. Slamming the makers one user wrote, “Well here Bollywood steals another one….how to ruin a masterpiece …n butcher it” while another wrote, “Fed up of this Arijit obsession in Bollywood. There are so many talented singers. Give them chances.”
The recreated song is sung by Arijit Singh. The teaser has a tiny glimpse of Arijit singing the title track.
