Family Star : Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur participated in the news conference in Hyderabad. Vijay mentioned that Govardhan’s character contrasts with his own. The film is scheduled to premiere in theaters on April 5.
On April 1, the producers of Family Star hosted a special press conference at the Hotel Park Hyatt in Hyderabad, where the lead actors and renowned producer Dil Raju were in attendance. Subsequently, photographers captured Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur posing as they proceeded to their seats.

Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur twinned in traditional outfits for the press meet on Monday. Vijay and Mrunal kickstarted the promotions for Family Star in Hyderabad on Holi. The actors, dressed in pink, were seen interacting with fans and playing with gulaal.
Vijay dressed elegantly in a traditional peach kurta and dhoti for the event, while Mrunal wore a white ethnic suit with golden embroidery that perfectly reflected her appeal. The Family Star team is currently actively promoting the film.
The actors are gearing up for another massive promotional event on April 2 at Narasimha Reddy Engineering College in Hyderabad.

Parasuram Petla directs The Family Star, which stars Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur. The film is Vijay’s second collaboration with the filmmaker, following their previous triumph, Geetha Govindam. Vijay plays the part of a middle-class Indian man trying to figure out his life.
Parasuram penned the story, Gopi Sundar created the soundtrack, and KU Mohanan handled the photography. The film was set to be released during Sankranti this year, but due to a post-production delay, the producers chose a later date.
The comedy-drama will hit theaters on April 5, 2024, in Telugu, Hindi, and Tamil.
Vijay will next star in the Goutam Tinnanuri-directed film VD12, which has a provisional title. Vijay will reportedly portray a spy in the film, which is being produced by Naga Vamsi under Sithara Entertainments.
