Even though released amidst huge expectations, Radhe Shyam has bombed the box office. The Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer lost it when the movie’s climax was utterly different from the concept carried throughout the film. Anyway, the movie has returned poorly on the big screen, and even in the OTT, it was not a winner. Zee Telugu Channel has brought the satellite rights of the Radha Krishna directorial, and the channel seems to be determined to make the movie a super hit, at least on the TV. They are trying different promotions for the film.
As Prabhas’s hometown is Bhimavaram, Zee Telugu tried to attract Darling’s hardcore fans by arranging a theme park of Radhe Shyam’s movie story. All the scenes, including Prabhas-Pooja’s train episode, Pooja playing the piano, and the ship scene in the climax, are part of this park. This new kind of promotion is attracting the Rebel Star fans. The movie will stream in Zee Telugu on the 26th of this month. We must see if the channel’s efforts will succeed in making the movie a superhit on TV.
