Global Star Priyanka Chopra was once the star of Bollywood. Later, she made her Hollywood debut with the TV Show ‘Quantico’. With the success of that show, she made her way into the films and now she is one of the top actresses in Hollywood.
During the promotions of Citadel, Priyanka reacted to one of the old comments of Shah Rukh Khan about not working in Hollywood even when he has good popularity over there and getting good offers. In an old interview when asked Khan about working there, he said ‘Why should I go there (Hollywood)? I am comfortable here.’ A reporter asked Chopra’s opinion on this at the SXSW festival.
For which, Priyanka said, ‘”Comfortable is boring to me. I am not arrogant, I am self-assured. I know what I am doing when I walk onto a set. I don’t need the validation of executives. I am willing to take auditions, I am willing to work. I do not carry the baggage of my success in one country when I walk into another country.”
The video of Priyanka speaking about how she made success in Hollywood was shared on Reddit and is now going viral. She further added, ‘I am very professional and if you ask people around me, I am known for my professionalism. I take pride in it. My father was in the military and he taught me the value of discipline.’
