Dhanush is trying for a prominent place in Tollywood and he signed back-to-back Telugu director projects. Meanwhile, post Thiru’s success, the latest buzz in Kollywood is that Dhanush is getting back into the director’s chair. He has several films this year, all of which are ready for release.
Interestingly, he will turn director now for Sun Pictures. The movie stars Dhanush, Kushi director SJ Surya and Matti Kusti hero Vishnu Vishal. This new film may go on floors in the next few months since Dhanush’s Vaathi is releasing on February 17 and Captain Miller shortly after that.
It is also stated that Dhanush’s own production house Wunderbar Films had signed Vishnu Vishal for a film. Dhanush disbanded his production company after incurring losses and it looks like he has roped in Vishnu for this new project with Sun Pictures as a result. Now, we have to wait and see how this film goes on and whether will it change the production house’s luck or not.
For the unversed, SJ Surya also directed Mahesh Babu’s Nani film and Pawan Kalyan Puli cinema in Telugu.
