The team of DR.Romantic 3 met up for a final party as the team wraps up the shooting for the series. All the crew members and all the cast members along with Yoo Yeon Seok, the lead of season 1 were seen partying together.

A cake-cutting video is doing the rounds on the internet. The cake looked pretty decorated with lots of flowers and photos of the main cast, the director, and the writer, with a photo of their set.
Over the top of the cake stood a stone structure with the words written on it, ‘Doldam Hospital’ in Korean. Actors Han Suk Kyu, Ahn Hyo Seop, Lee Sung Kyung, Yoo Yeon Seok, director Yoo In Shik, and more were seen cutting the cake with happiness.
The third season premiered on April 28, 2023, and airs every Friday and Saturday at 22:00.It is also available for streaming on Disney+, Kocowa, and in selected regions.
