In “Piku,” Deepika portrays the role of Bhaskor Banerjee’s (played by Amitabh Bachchan) daughter. The film follows their journey from Delhi to their ancestral house in Kolkata, with Irrfan’s character, Rana, joining them. Interestingly, “Piku” is the only film where Deepika Padukone worked alongside the late Irrfan Khan. Their on-screen chemistry was palpable, leaving a lasting impression on audiences.
