Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna are perhaps the two top heroes now and then in Tollywood. They both created their own niche and have equal popularity among the general audience.
Interestingly, these two celebrities most of the time clash at the box office during Sankranti and even now they are all set to clash at the box office next year. Instead of releasing their respective films with some gap, these two biggies are clashing at the box office almost at the same time. This decision will surely affect the footfall at the cinema and the total collection of films.
While Chiranjeevi was asked about the same yesterday during the Waltier Veeraya press meet, he reportedly revealed that he is just an actor in the film, it is the producer’s call to release his film. He added that as the same producer made both these films, he’ll have to treat both as his two kids or two eyes, where he can’t look one down and the other up, the same happens with his films as well.
However, during the Chiru speech, one of the producers of the movie, Ravi Shankar, stated that the reason for the above clash is due to Chiranjeevi’s encouragement, he said that both films will do well as it is a festival season, therefore we had no issues to come simultaneously with two big star films when you have the right number of theatres catered for each film.
Interestingly is that both NBC Veera Simha Reddy and Chiranjeevi’s Walter Veeraya have Sruthi Haasan as the leading lady. Now, it’s movie lovers’ turn to look Out which film will win the audiences’ love this Sankranthi 2023.
