Megastar Chiranjeevi changed his routine style in picking up stories after the debacle of Acharya. The film was a big blow for him in his second innings. With that unexpected outcome, Chiru remade his thoughts on selection. He is trying to collaborate with young talents who are passionate in filmmaking. In that way only Chiru scored a finest blockbuster in his second innings with Waltair Veerayya with Young director Bobby, which released in January of this year.
After this phenomenal success at box office, Chiru decided to give chances for the creative makers who can deal different genre subjects and he is very choosy in making big decesions. Chiru only had Bhola Shankar in his pipeline currently and the film is set to hit the screens in the month of August. Bhola Shankar is directed by Meher Ramesh and he is in desperate need to prove himself to survive.
Meanwhile, there are some noises are out, that Chiru greenlit a new project under the Director of Vashist who donned a periodic genre typo film ‘ Bimbisara’ with Kalyan Ram. Project yet to be announced, almost the combo is finalised. Concurrently, a new name joins the list to direct Chiru’s next.
The name is non other than Karthik Varma Dandu. His debutant film Virupaksha still making waves at the box office even after one month of its release. Starring Sai Dharam Tej and Samyuktha, this mystic thriller film emerged as double profitable film for the makers in terms of minting money. So the conclusion is Chiru wants new innovative scripts and he is making his way to search for the talented ones.
