However, he fell ill in recent times and Megastar Chiranjeevi has come to his rescue by giving a financial aid of 40 lakh rupees.
In a viral video on social media, Ponnambalam said, “I got Chiranjeevi sir’s number through a friend and sent him a message seeking help for my treatment. He called me immediately, enquired about my health condition and asked me to go to Appolo hospital in Chennai. He also asked if I can come down to Hyderabad Appolo. Later, his team called me and they took care of me and did not charge a single rupee from me. It’s a total of 40 lakh rupees for my treatment.”
The video is currently going viral on social media where Mega fans are hailing the generosity of the biggest Tollywood actor Chiranjeevi.
