Shaitaan has crossed ₹ 1 crore mark in bookings for its Opening Day, with over 38000 tickets already sold. As per trends easily, it will cross ₹ 4-5 crore advances before the First show. The film will take double digits in its opening this coming Friday.
Plot
Shaitaan is a story of the war between good and evil, where a family, a symbol of positivity, reasonableness, and faith, stands against a man of darkness. Shaitaan portrays R Madhavan as the unexpected intruder who brings chaos into Ajay Devgn’s family by using dark magic on the couple’s daughter.

The makers of the Shaitaan have hinted about doing part two, continuing the story after seeing the audience’s reactions, and revealed that “Part 2 is also ready in our minds”. Shaitaan is a remake of the 2023 Gujarati film Vash.
The Shaitaan’s concept and story seem unique, and the terror it teases has not been seen on the big screen for a long time. His portrayal of the instant shifts between helplessness, courage and love towards his family looks stumping.
