As the famous iconic horror comedy Chandramukhi director P Vasu currently working on the sequel of this film. While P. Vasu tried to onboard Rajinikanth in the lead but somehow Rajini did not join this project. Then Raghava Lawrence came into the scene and P Vasu directing Lawrence in a dual role for this film. The star comedian Vadivelu is also on board for this project.
Famous Bollywood actress Kangana will be playing the same role as Chandramukhi played by Jyothika. The film also stars Lakshmi Menon, Radhika, Mahima Nambiar, and Srishti Dange in the lead roles. This film is being produced by Lyca Productions with a huge budget. The film is being made amidst great anticipation.
However, in the latest information about this film, it is said that the final phase of the shooting of Chandramukhi 2 will begin in Mysore from the 17th of this month and the scenes of the film will be completed in 15 days and then it will be ready for release. It is noteworthy that the film team has decided to release Chandramukhi this year on the occasion of Vinayaka Chaturthi.
