BTS DID WHAT!!!!

The well-known K-pop group BTS has extended their agreements with the agency HYBE once more. In addition, as a gesture of appreciation for the band and its supporters, BigHit Music gave 1 billion won ($750,000) in the name of BTS ARMY.

On Wednesday, HYBE declared: “We have completed the board of directors’ resolution to renew the exclusive contracts of the seven members of BTS, artists under BigHit Music.” “With all members signing a second contract renewal,” it continued, “the group will be able to continue even after 2025 when they complete their military service.”

Each group’s seven members enlist in the South Korean army one at a time to fulfil their obligation to serve in the military. By 2025, they will have finished their military service and get back together to record new music. Suga recently started the process of enlisting.

After Jin and J-Hope, Suga, whose real name is Min Yoongi, will begin his service as a member of BTS. Additionally, the management company warned fans not to be harmed by unauthorised tours or package deals that improperly use the artist’s intellectual property.

All physically fit men between 18 and 28 must serve a two-year military enlistment in South Korea. All BTS members were allowed to delay their conscription until they were 30. Suga’s birthday was March 9.

The BTS brothers’ military recruitment has been a contentious topic in South Korea for a long time. But the organisation’s members have consistently affirmed that “they will accept the call of duty when the nation calls them.”

The South Korean military maintained an “entertainment soldier” system until 2013 when soldiers were tasked with creating radio and television content supporting the military’s ideals. However, the system had to be shut down due to allegations of injustice.
