Bollywood, critically acclaimed actor Aamir Khan was candid about his film career and revealed that once he decided to quit films due to a lack of self-satisfaction. Currently, the actor is on a short break from the movies.
Tare Zameen Paar director revealed that he wasn’t spending enough time with his family because of his work. This revelation happened to him nearly two years ago. He said, “Around 2.5 years ago, I realized I was so lost in my passion that I hadn’t given enough time to my relationships. I was disturbed and unhappy. I would have left films if not for my children. I was angry and irritated with myself.”
The supremely talented actor believes in quality over quantity. After Laal Singh Chadha’s unexpected box office failure, the disappointed actor announced a short break from the films to focus on his personal life, which every actor deserves. Aamir Khan recently announced that he will direct Sitaare Zameen Par.
