YG Entertainment officially released a statement saying, “Some time ago, YG Entertainment renewed BLACKPINK’s contracts for the team’s promotions. We have now agreed not to sign contracts for the members’ promotions.
YG Entertainment promises to support BLACKPINK’s group activities with all available resources while cheering on the members’ activities with a warm heart.

One of Blackpink’s members, Jennie, personally confirmed the launch of her new label, OA(ODD ATELIER), signaling her intent to pursue solo activities outside of BLACKPINK. Reportedly, Lisa hinted at the possibility of an international venture signing with an overseas agency. Blinks are happy for the members to have their own say and continue the activities.
