Bimbisara is one of the best hit movies in the career of Nandhamuri Kalyan Ram, this film collected a huge amount at the box office. An action fantasy film directed by Mallidi Vassishta was released in 2022, which won the hearts of the Telugu audience and it became a huge comeback for Kalyan.
And now, the film has joined the awards-winning race. In the recent awards show, the 25th Ugadi Awards, Kalyan Ram bagged the Best Actor Award for the blockbuster film Bimbisara while the same film won the Best Film Award. Kalyan Ram got overwhelmed by this victory. He announced plans to turn Bimbisara into a four-part franchise, with the second installment aiming to release in August 2023. He may also release the movie in other languages, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada languages.
The female leads of this film were Catherine Tresa and Samyuktha Menon. Kalyan Ram is currently busy with his upcoming film Devil, which is a period-action drama movie directed by Naveen Medaram. Kalyan Ram is playing the role of a British secret agent.
